The following terms and conditions apply to the services provided by Adelas Art, including commissioned artworks and art prints, to you, the Client.
Acceptance
By commissioning a painting or purchasing art prints from Adelas Art, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these terms and conditions in full.
Price Quotations
Charges for services are defined in the price quotation provided to the Client, valid for 30 days. Adelas Art reserves the right to alter or refuse to honor a quotation after this period.
Photo Provision
The Client must provide suitable photographs for the commission work and have permission to use them without breaching any copyright laws. Adelas Art may share "painting in progress" photos on social media unless otherwise requested by the Client.
Copyright
All artworks, including commissioned pieces and art prints, remain the intellectual property of Adelas Art. Adelas Art retains full copyright and reproduction rights to all artworks.
Usage Rights
Clients do not acquire copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Adelas Art. Clients may display the artwork in their personal space but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell copies without express permission.
Artwork Reproduction
Adelas Art reserves the right to reproduce commissioned artworks for promotional purposes, including website galleries, social media, and portfolio showcasing.
Prints and Reproductions
Adelas Art may reproduce commissioned artworks as prints or other forms of reproduction for sale, unless otherwise specified in the commission agreement. Clients interested in purchasing prints or reproductions may contact Adelas Art for availability and pricing.
Ordering Art Commissions and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance by Adelas Art. Prices are as quoted on the website at the time of order. Payment terms and methods are outlined on the website and must be adhered to for order fulfillment.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are outlined on the website. Adelas Art endeavors to deliver commissioned artworks within the agreed-upon timeframe but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Damage or Loss in Transit
Adelas Art is not liable for any damage or loss of artwork that occurs during transit. No refunds will be provided for items damaged or lost in transit without tracking. Tracking with insurance can be added to each order for extra safety, ensuring reimbursement if the parcel is lost. If the original artwork has been scanned, prints may be available. The Client must cover the shipping costs for any replacement prints.
Legal Notice
All images on the Adelas Art website are the sole property and copyright of Adelas Art and are legally protected by international copyright laws. Under no circumstance may you download, reproduce, publish, or distribute elsewhere, in any medium, any of the images for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Adelas Art. Unauthorized duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by copyright law and will be prosecuted. Adelas Art retains all copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of whether or not the original image has been sold. Should you wish to use an image for commercial purposes, please contact Adelas Art with details of your specific request. Thank you.
